Prayers for Paris.

When I got back from the Periphery gig in Bristol last night, I logged onto twitter and was stunned into silence when I saw what had happened in Paris. Such tragedy from awful terrorist attacks should have no place in the world, and it makes me sick to my stomach to know that there are those out there who will cause terror and kill innocents in such a horrific manner.

I’m not particularly religious, but I am sending all my thoughts and prayers to those in Paris. It is also my hope that we remember that just because the attacks have been pinned on ISIS, that not every single Muslim in the world is a terrorist. Those who caused this are an extremist minority, and the majority of those who follow the Islamic Faith should not be blamed.

My thoughts are with the families of those who have lost loved ones. My thoughts are with those living in the city at the moment. We are standing with you, Paris.
